“We attended the soft opening of Ember & Vine last night and I would say that the owners and management have scored a home run with this new restaurant in Palmas del Mar! The ambiance is upscale Mediterranean chic and the food on the opening night prix fix menu was delicious. The filet was cooked perfectly, the seared salmon with lemon butter sauce was heavenly and both entrees were served piping hot. The attention to detail with the food, furnishings and wine pairing and cocktail menu was evident from the moment we arrived.
